Car or scooter
Consider a car for suitcases and child seats. A scooter requires riding experience, the appropriate documents and separately checked coverage terms.
Delivery and terms
Airport: 0 THB. City delivery to a hotel or villa: 500 THB each way. Pick-up and return are charged separately: two city handovers cost 1000 THB. Agree the locations and total before confirmation.
Sunny's published terms require an identified second party for a claim and exclude parking damage without one. These are terms of Sunny's offer, not a universal rule for an insurance class. Check the selected car's policy, exclusions and costs.
Car booking advance and return
High-season car bookings require a 1000 THB advance payment, which is not refunded if the customer cancels. In low season, we usually do not take an advance payment; a customer cancellation cancels the booking. The booking advance and refundable security deposit are separate amounts. Confirm the season and terms for your dates before paying.
The car's security deposit is returned after the vehicle is inspected for damage. Return it with the same fuel level as at collection. Check the agreement for the refund method and any deduction conditions.

The essentials
Can I rent a car for one day?
Rates include a 1–6 day tier, but the minimum term is confirmed for the specific vehicle. Provide dates and times; a rate tier alone does not guarantee that every car can be rented for a day.
Does a weekly rate differ from a one-day rate?
The catalogue has 1–6, 7–14, 15–29 and 30+ day tiers. Rates may be the same or different for the selected vehicle. Compare the total for your dates and season rather than the advertised lowest daily rate.
Why does return time matter for a short rental?
Collecting in the morning and returning the next evening can exceed one rental day. Check additional-hour rules before booking. Calendar dates without times do not always represent the same number of chargeable days.
