Money before confirmation
Rental, agreed extras and the deposit are separate amounts. Before paying, obtain the selected offer's rules for booking confirmation and early return.
High-season car bookings require a 1000 THB advance payment, which is not refunded if the customer cancels. In low season, we usually do not take an advance payment; a customer cancellation cancels the booking. The booking advance and refundable security deposit are separate amounts. Confirm the season and terms for your dates before paying.
Airport: 0 THB. City delivery to a hotel or villa: 500 THB each way. Pick-up and return are charged separately: two city handovers cost 1000 THB. Agree the locations and total before confirmation.
Documents and drivers
Legal driving documents, rental handover requirements and insurer conditions are separate checks. Check that your licence is valid in Thailand and covers the selected vehicle. A car entitlement alone does not establish permission to ride a motorcycle.
Agree age and experience requirements, original documents, passport handling and additional drivers before confirmation. The renter's permission does not replace approval of a second driver.
Inspection and return
Match the car and agreement. Photograph bodywork, glass, wheels, interior, fuel and equipment, and record existing damage at handover.
Save the assistance contact before driving. Check your agreement's fuel, cleaning, additional-hour, extension, mileage and route rules. Do not assume travel outside the island is automatically permitted.

When is the vehicle considered booked?
Choosing a vehicle and opening Telegram are steps in submitting a request. A manager confirms availability and rental details. Before paying, obtain confirmation of the vehicle, dates, handover points and financial terms. Any advance payment follows the booking terms.
What should I check when collecting a car?
Match the vehicle and agreement, then inspect bodywork, glass, wheels and interior. Record existing damage, fuel level and equipment in photos or video and the handover record. Check agreed extras and save the contact you can use during the rental.
Can another person drive the car?
Do not assume this is permitted. Check additional-driver rules, documents and whether the person must be named in the agreement before the trip. The main renter's permission alone does not establish insurance cover for another driver.
What is the car booking advance and what happens if I cancel?
